Returns & Refunds

All items are manufactured only once ordered - which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver them to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

You may return any of the following items to for any reason, for a full refund - we'll also refund the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or if the item had a manufacturing error by our 3rd party fulfillment partners.

Please send corresponding photos of damaged goods to and put Damaged Returns as the subject. For returns, please contact us at to see where your return needs to go. We use a variety of different 3rd party printers to produce and ship our goods.

Please email us at and include your order ID, as well as a photo of the item IMMEDIATELY after you receive your damaged items if you wish to return them for free shipping.

Photos and emails submitted to us 7 days after the date of delivery will not be eligible for a return.

Shipping address and information

We ship our items using the exact address/information that is provided to us at the time of checkout and cannot make any changes during transit once items have been shipped out. Please make sure that you have the full and correct information and provide us with as much detail as possible (phone number, email address, etc.) to ensure timely and safe delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it arrives damaged.
